About the project
The Drum Scrubber Mounting Frame was required for an upcoming upgrade at Groote Eylandt.
The scrubber drum was fabricated by FL Smidth. We were contracted to fabricate the base and then machine the mounting plates to a close tolerance.
We also fitted the supplied rollers and thrust bearings and carried out a trial assemble prior to packing and shipping via barge to Groote Eylandt.
